Character attacked as a Nanny by absentee parents? Parents what are your thoughts?

The purpose of this message is not to create ill will, but to paint all the facts relevant to determining the rating of how this situation could be addressed. My wife and I have worked as a tag team good for the summer a few years ago in a suburb of Buffalo. We are both certified teachers with a master’s degree in education from early childhood. Furthermore, we have more than ten years of experience in kindergarten and the education of school age. The child that we worked on was the product of a regrettable lack of parenting. From birth has been raised by a nanny, as mom and dad work and the medical residents had zero time for him. Consequently, it was more than three years, not all toilet training, always drank a bottle and slept in a cot. My wife and I were dismayed, however, our attempts at age appropriate maturation were stifled by the fact that such behavior was reinforced by his mother in an attempt to Quazar “attention”. In one example, when she returned from work, the child was already in bed, diapers and night, let him go “fucacca” Russian shit in his bed when he could use the bathroom! He also brought bottles many times and was more than three years! To make matters worse, the mother of this child was pregnant again, in which the child is smart enough to realize that it was the “child”. Being educators, we create and the limits of application; MOM, on the other they are broken. Therefore, this child like a typical preschooler enjoyed his own way. As we have worked for this child, we brought the world of amusement parks, parks, etc. and spent some time with us. Prior to this role, he had not left the house, like his previous Russian nurse “Abena” had no license. The child much you want for the mum and dad to spend time with him and did not want his mother to go to work, which is a common response with preschool children. This child is not to the nest or was used as a private nurse as a playmate. However, once the child was in kindergarten, or has been, to my wife and me for a few minutes he was fine. To illustrate this lack of involvement of parents, the father of a radiologist was going to Cleveland for a year to complete his residence, where he would only see her child during the weekend. The day before he was ready to leave, the boy asked his father to play, knowing that he would go. The father replied, on behalf of “Sorry” success “I’m at work, going to play alone. Accordingly, we left early poste.Avance few years I left teaching for some time that my position was cut. I interviewed for a position as an ideal for a nanny nineteen months old child. I have listed this family as a landmark precedent, as I thought things were going well, and even if there were problems with parents, we did a good job with the baby. This woman had the audacity to say to the family (they called me), the nineteen months, he had reservations about me as her son was unhappy that she did not leave when he left for work, so she felt they had an underlying problem. Therefore, it is estimated that a nineteen months was too young, how could express his concerns. He also said that nurses repeatedly tested over several years, I wonder why? But it has also attracted a faulty connection in an alleged altercation with a neighbor arrogant we do not like bumpy 100K vehicles in our car in front of his house. Apparently, this gentleman asked us one day, not to park in front of his home, my wife and I met in one place, it was a public road and parking in the ‘Avenue of foster families has not been possible due to in and out of traffic. This person told the family that I lost patience with him, which is totally false. So, this woman has painted a picture that I was some kind of case, anger management and was not fit to be in contact with children. When the family told looking statements, I was overwhelmed, Quazar was a father for the child and had nothing but good, nutritious, fun and conducive to their needs. Basically, this kid wanted for his parents because of their constant work, was raised by a nanny since birth, who had left, and knew a baby was on the road. I think none of these factors may be because they did not want his mother to leave with us? Now, as professionals, my wife and I tried to Cal woman to ask why he had such a closed-minded opinion. Unfortunately, did not return our call, as she has not had the courage to face the truth. Unfortunately, this woman is now an ophthalmologist, I just hope she is not blind, as a doctor because it’s like a parent. My heart is for this child, he had to endure the agony of having two parents who are too busy with their lives for love. My question is how, prospective parents who are dealing with this situation? Honestly, I eat live, we gave our heart and only for that child and have been mostly bad crapped my impeccable character.

She also brought him bottles on frequent occasions and he was over three years of age! To make matters worst, this child’s mother was pregnant again; hence the child was intelligent enough to realize that he was no longer going to be the “baby”. As we worked for this child, we took him everywhere amusement parks, local parks, etc and he had a great time with us. Prior to such, he had not left the house, as his previous Russian nanny did not have a license. This child greatly longed for mom and dad to spend time with him, and did not want his mother to leave for work, which is a common response with preschoolers. This child also did not want to go to daycare either as he was accustomed to a private nanny as a playmate. However, once the child was at daycare, or was with my wife and I for a few minutes he was fine. To illustrate this fact of a lack of parental involvement the father a radiologist was leaving for the Cleveland for a year to finish his residency, hence he would only see his child on weekends. The evening before he was ready to leave, the child asked his father to play, knowing full well that he was going to be leaving. The father responded, sorry “name withheld” I have to go work out, go play by yourself. As a result we subsequently left the position.
Fast-forwarding a few years, I left teaching for a while as my position was cut. I interviewed for a great nanny position for a nineteen month old toddler. I listed this previous family as a reference as I assumed that things were fine, and even though there were problems with the parents, we did a great job with the child. Also, they never stated that they had any problems with our care, or with using them as a reference. When the prospective family told me of her statements, I was floored-I was a quazi father to the child and was nothing but kind, nurturing, playful, and supportive to his needs. Basically, this child longed for his parents due to their constant work, was raised by a nanny since birth that had left, and knew that a new baby was on the way. Think any of these factors; may be why he did not want mom to leave him with us? Now as professionals my wife and I attempted to cal this women, to discuss why she had such a closed minded opinion. Unfortunately, she did not return our call, as she did not have the courage to face the truth. Sadly this woman is currently an ophthalmologist, I only hope she is not as blind as a physician as she is as a parent. My heart goes out to this child, whom has had to endure the torment of having two parents, whom are too busy with their lives to love him.

My question
My question, is how as prospective parents would you handle this situation? It honestly eats me alive, as I gave my heart and sole for this child and have been basically crapped upon damaging my impeccable character.
Sam, actually yes I do . Basically, it hurts as their are people in this world that care and give their all, and those people (me) seem to get crapped upon. As a professional educator, character is everything.
We could have called CPS, however as a mandated reporter being far removed from the situation I cannot do so. CPS is far overworked as it is, even though I believe this situation was child abuse.
