Sony Ericsson X10 Mini teardown reveals densely packed, tiny hardware

The crew at iFixit were jonesing for something to disassemble recently, and Sony Ericsson's X10 Mini seems to have been the nearest thing they could lay hand and screwdriver upon. We'll admit HTC has us kind of spoiled with the colorful interiors of its phones, so we were a little underwhelmed by the demureness of the X10 Mini. Everything is packed into the utilitarian logic board, and although you get to decouple the screen and antenna assembly, it's still mostly a thick slab of highly integrated technology.

Blue ray drive replacement. Laser or laser + deck?

So i'm just looking for only what i NEED and i don't care about buying laser + deck  will make it easier to replace on my ps3. Just wondering how do you exactly know if you only need the laser or the deck too?   I haven't opened my ps3 yet and i can't currently (waiting for torx screwdriver to open up the damn casing) but i want to know if i need to buy a laser and deck or just only the laser.

New PS3 Slim Will Not Eject Normal or Manual

I just got a brand new PS3 120gb Slim yesterday and it ejected my first two discs fine and then after the third game I played the disc would not eject.  I tried the screwdriver for the manual eject and that does not work either.  It just spins forever and the disc never comes out.  When I try a normal eject it sounds like it is working, but nothing comes out.     Any other ideas?  Pretty disappointing for day one.   Thanks, John
