do android phones on tmobile and verizon share the same apps store?

By this I mean if I have a Verizon cell phone Android as the droid, maintains the same applications and the App Store, like the tmobile G1? or are separate app stores?

The HTC Magic is an Android powered mobile smart phone from HTC and Vodafone.
