Tonino Lamborghini’s Evoluzione runs Android, shares little with an actual Lamborghini
If you're looking for something a little smarter than Tonino Lamborghini's Spyder series of luxury phones (and we mean "smarter" in the operating system sense, not the wisdom of purchasing such a device), look no further than the Evoluzione. This puppy runs Android 2.1 (Froyo might be available in the future), but falls well short of its automotive namesake by sticking with a middling HVGA display of 3.2 inches and a 600MHz processor.

Samsung’s Galaxy Apollo smartphone is coming soon, looks like an M100S to us
In the off chance that the Galaxy S isn't your cup of tea, the second-hottest Android device Samsung has released so far is undoubtedly the M100S over in its domestic Korean market, a 3.7-inch hottie with a 5 megapixel cam, 802.11n WiFi, and Android 2.1. It's not just for South Korea, though, as evidenced by this shot that's popped up over on Samsung's British site showing a device known as the "Galaxy Apollo" that looks suspiciously identical to the M100S. Frankly, we're still dying to get a glimpse of this Bluetooth 3.0-equipped M120S at some point -- but in the meantime, we suppose this puppy will have to do.

Motorola CLIQ updated, Android 2.1 still MIA
Sitting somewhere between that accidental update from a few weeks back and an honest-to-goodness cut of Android 2.1 lies this puppy, a new official build for Motorola's CLIQ versioned 1.3.18. By all appearances, this is basically a smoothed-out, refined version of the first CLIQ upgrade from early December, featuring further improvements to battery life and both touchscreen and accelerometer accuracy, but they've also managed to squeeze in QuickOffice 2 and better support for corporate email accounts.

Motorola Zeppelin spotted again, Android-ness confirmed
Yes, we've seen this puppy before -- but last time, we'd merely heard it was running Android. This time around, we've got a little more confirmation that the so-called Zeppelin from Moto is sporting Google code (allegedly Cupcake , sadly) with a dash of Blur added in for good measure. Gizmodo Brazil -- which scored some time with a prototype -- suggests that this'll see duty on the lower end of Motorola's smartphone lineup, and we tend to agree considering the HVGA display that takes up far less space than it could if Moto had wanted to go for broke.

T-Mobile makes mention of 3G issues with Nexus One, hopes to have ‘more information’ soon
There's no fix yet, but Nexus One users are getting a solid first step this week now that T-Mobile is officially investigating the 3G / EDGE fluctuation issues that folks have been reporting. A posting over on T-Mob's official support forums is now asking for users with verifiable problems to report a few key stats including their location, the nature of the problem (no 3G or 3G / EDGE switching), and whether they've got another AWS 3G phone handy that's performing better
