Motorola Cliq 2 pictures hit the outside world?
What, you didn’t forget about the Cliq series, did you? The followup to Motorola and T-Mobile’s slider’s been long rumored — we heard a few morsels of information back in September — and now CellPhoneSignal has a few pics of what it claims is the Begonia, aka Cliq 2 (for T-Mobile, naturally). The keyboard here is, well, interesting, to say the least, and there’s also apparently a five megapixel camera on the back. We’re not really sure how our thumbs feel about the layout, but if this is legit, we’d reckon they’ll get to try it out themselves sooner or later. That’s what giant gadget trade shows are for, right? Right. More pictures via the source link.

I have some ideas for android and possibly iphone apps, but I have a pc and only know some javascript. Does anyone know of some software that I can get that would make creating apps easier? I have already signed up for Google’s App Inventor and I am waiting for an invite. I have also installed appcelorator, but it isn’t that easy to use.
Exclusive: LG C900 for AT&T has Windows Phone 7, shows off a little carrier branding
If you're prepping for a Windows Phone 7 purchase later this year and the Cetus doesn't really do it for you, we understand -- not everyone can live without a physical keyboard, and devices like the Touch Pro2 have gotten us used to the idea that Windows Mobile and great QWERTY go hand-in-hand.

Samsung Wave shows what’s Super about its AMOLED display by going outdoors (video)
Direct sunlight -- is there anything more terrifying for an OLED screen ? Up until now, you had to sacrifice some outdoor performance from your phone's display in order to get the spectacular contrast and viewing angles on offer from OLEDs.

Garmin-Asus nuvifone M10 gets handled, reviewed in the wilds of Russia
We just heard about Garmin-Asus' WinMo 6.5.3-packin' M10 yesterday, and already the handset has been broken out for a photo shoot and hands-on review in Russia. The design itself isn't anything otherworldly, but we have to say -- we're kind of digging the user interface. Granted, we've a soft spot in our hearts for Garmin's nuvi line of PNDs, so anything remotely familiar gets a big thumbs-up 'round these parts.
