They say, I just bought an “XM Samsung YP-X5Z, Nexus 50″, I downloaded Napster, I have Windows XP, the latest version of Windows Media Player, and have registered to subscribe to XM Radio. My problem is when you connect the player to my computer with the USB port all I get is three “Ding” sound on my computer and the unit does not appear in WMP or Napster. But if I take the same cable and connect my camera to get the two “ding” sound, and ready to run my camera program. What I can not understand is why is not the player connect to my computer, it is on, I tried to connect directly from the dock connection, the USB port is not even showing when I bring up my file menu. Any idea whats going on here? I do not have the technology to all illiterate, but m ‘is perplexed!
