Mobiado 105 Damascus handled on video, which is the closest you’ll ever get to one

Mobiado's 105 series of Series 40 -based luxury candybars is nothing new -- in fact, it's quite old -- but as Vertu has discovered over the years, customers that are looking to spend four or five figures on a phone are apparently often uninterested in smartphone capability for some reason.

Fujitsu dual-touchscreen concept phone hands-on

Back at Mobile World Congress in February, the mobile UI gurus at TAT showed off their interpretation of a dual-screen phone interface using TI's powerhouse OMAP4 testbed. Seemed a little pie-in-the-sky at the time, but frankly, the concept device being shown off by Fujtisu at CEATEC this week -- created with TAT's involvement, it turns out -- seems virtually ready for production. Or the hardware did, anyway; the software was spartan by comparison, obviously designed to call out a few key use cases where having two giant, glorious 960 x 480 displays right next to each other might come in handy.

HTC Spark leaked in the wild, shows off plenty of WP7 goodness

Well, it was only a matter of time -- first the leaked press shots of this elusive HTC Spark (although possibly misidentified as the Mondrian back then -- note the shinier earpiece in the leaked AT&T ad), and now the real thing is in the hands of some lucky hardware tester. Fortunately for us, this guy also happens to have a naughty friend over at xda-developers -- you'll see in his photos that HTC Hub is alive and well, but otherwise, there's not much info coming out of here. Regardless, feel free to head over to the source link for more Windows Phone 7 eye candy -- you'll need to register first, though, so we've grabbed a few shots below to get things going.

HTC Desire HD hits the FCC, lacks American love

We certainly weren't expecting it, but we can now confirm that the Desire HD announced yesterday lacks any 3G for use in North America thanks to the FCC filing that just hit today. Frequently, we don't know how HTC's internal product codes map to unreleased devices, but by pure happenstance we got a shot of the Desire HD's battery slot during our hands-on where we see that "PD98100" definitely lines up. What does this all mean?

Dell Streak HDMI dock gets the hands-on treatment, kickstand-equipped case makes a cameo

We managed to get an early look at the HDMI dock for the Dell Streak way back in February courtesy of T3 's Greek site, but the accessory is now finally official (if not widely available), and Laptop Magazine has come through with what appears to be the first proper hands-on. Of course, there's not exactly a lot to go hands-on with, but it seems that dock does indeed function as a dock, and it also thankfully has a USB port and a line-out in addition to that HDMI port. Perhaps just as notable, however, is a Streak case that Laptop has also managed to get its hands on, which has a built-in kickstand

Motorola Devours seven minutes of your life with a phone demo (video)

We're only a few breathless days away from the Devour hitting some retail locations ahead of nationwide US availability in March, so what better way to fill that gap than with an official teaser video? Moto's Rick Osterloh is our tour guide in a seven minute hands-on demo of the device, which takes us through the major attractions on offer. He firstly calls out the Qualcomm CPU inside and points to the phone's responsiveness, which is (quite naturally) followed by a couple of instances of perceptible lag between his input and the phone's reaction.
