Is getting a CE (clarity enhanced ) diamond the best way to get a real diamond, but cheaper?

I’ve been looking at various places
malls. . . jewerly stores. . . but they’re all retail
Wholesalers are ok, but I’m not seeing more than 20% off
I don’t want CZ. . .
I’m nervous about these two lab created ones:
RBs (russian brights) & DNL (diamond nexus labs)
–I’d like to have a real diamond for her sake, but I don’t want to sacrafice blood (conflict diamond) nor go with glass. . . I’m not familar with Clarity enchanced diamonds. . . Any thoughts?
