HomePipe is the latest, a service offering easy access to files on your home computer via your cellphone. PS3 Can see shared files, but they won’t open

I am having problems getting the PS3 to load files that are shared. They PS3 can see the files, but when I select the files, they will not open up. I can access different folders and sub-folders, but the actually AVI files will not open.

The data is corrupted

I'm kind of at my wits end here: I recently upgraded my PC to windows 7 and the PS3 keeps reporting "The Data is Corrupted" whenever trying to play any new xvid files. It was working for a time, but now it refuses to play almost any video file. Some of the same xvid files that were playable under Vista are now "corrupted" when trying to stream them using Windows 7.

Question regarding HDD swap

if i take out my hdd that has all my data swap it then swap back will i loose all my files due to formatting the reason i'm asking this is my new WD 320gb hdd is crap everything is slow i wanna test my hdd that came with the system to see if things load faster

Backnig up data.

Why can't you back up copy locked games? Because if I am going to back up all my data to put on a new hard drive, I don't wanna lose a lot of my files,like Dragon Age or The Saboteur. Anyone know why this won't work

Problem Playing Music From The HDD

Hi peoples. I recently put 400+ songs on my PS3 Slim 120Gb at once via my PSP and everything showed up. The only problem is that many of the songs are out of order and most importantly, they don't play properly.
