It may simply be a case of stating the obvious, but NVIDIA has just published a rather lengthy whitepaper extolling the many benefits of multi-core processors for mobile devices.

Tata DoCoMo, Airtel bringing 3G to India this year
It's been a long, brutal road, 2010 finally saw the long-overdue conclusion to India's nationwide 3G spectrum auction -- and in its wake, we're starting to see the winners make some firm commitments for getting services live. Two of the country's big operators, Tata DoCoMo and Bharti Airtel, are actually saying that they'll have their deployments up and running before the year's out; Airtel hasn't given a date, but Tata DoCoMo has pegged November 5th for its phase-one rollout in nine markets

Nokia sues Apple again, says the iPad 3G infringes five patents
Looks like settlement negotiations in the various Nokia / Apple patent lawsuits aren't going too well -- Espoo's just hit Cupertino with a second federal patent lawsuit, this time alleging the iPad 3G and iPhone infringe five patents related to "enhanced speech and data transmission, using positioning data in applications and innovations in antenna configurations that improve performance and save space, allowing smaller and more compact devices." Interestingly, Nokia's filed this one in the Western District of Wisconsin, a so-called "rocket docket" that's well-known for bringing patent cases to settlement or trial in just over a year. That means we could see some real movement in this dispute within our lifetimes, but we're not holding our breath for a definitive conclusion -- by our count, Apple and Nokia now have some five pending legal actions between them, including one that's been placed on hold pending an ITC decision

Sir Howard Stringer and friends show off Sony Ericsson’s new handsets
A gaggle of higher-ups from Sony Ericsson stuck around after the conclusion of today's event to show off the X10 mini , X10 mini pro , and Vivaz pro in person, and we seriously can't stress this enough: the mini twins are small . Well, either that, or the men holding them were gigantic -- but we're pretty sure it's the former since we got around to spending some quality time with the mini pro and continued to be blown away by its diminutive stature

Playstation robbed me?
Yesterday I bought a $50.00 playstation network card at Game Stop...After redeeming the card online to the playstation store, i purchased five games. When trying to download the purchased content, i got an error message stating that my account was currently activated on 5 other playstation consoles. I called Sony about five times and the only reply i got was that unless i had physical access to the other five playstations under who my accounts were activated and personally deactivate them, i was screwed.

Do not trust overseas buyers when it comes to playstation 3 hardware.
Obviously your going to get some offbrand hardware. Which I knew, And I also knew it was not even going to have a battery in it (you have to leave it usb connected) But here is where it gets big... Was listed to have Sixaxis and Dualshock 3 functions
