The Nexus S: a closer look
Google CEO Eric Schmidt showed the world the Nexus S from a distance just a little while ago, but we knew you'd want more, and so we managed to convince the man to show us the device in person just a few minutes ago.

Nokia’s QWERTY-slidin’ N9 shows up in the wilds of China (update: running MeeGo!)
Remember this scandalous little leak from back in June? It looks to have been validated today, as imagery of Nokia's MeeGo (or is it Symbian^4?)-powered N9 QWERTY slider has emerged over in China. As usual with these things, we can't be certain that this device is in fact part of Nokia's roadmap and not just another creative hardware emulation, but it sure seems to have our old buddy Eldar Murtazin convinced

Motorola Droid X stars in its clearest off-the-cuff preview yet
Let's be honest, we've seen more Droid X / Xtreme / Shadow spy shots than we can keep track of at this point, but for the latest batch, Mr. Blurrycam must've forgot his trademark blur filter and delivered us the cleanest images yet -- for shame, we know.

Playstation 3 Controller Issue
I was playing Call of Duty MoW2 and left my controller on the floor, thus having someone step on it. Now here is the issue: - The buttons seem perfectly fine when I press them- no problems such as getting stuck inside the controller. - When I play Call of Duty MoW2 now, I can't get the actions to go along with the buttons O and R2 when I hold them down.

Huawei U8230 quick hands-on
Some of you may be familiar with the Huawei U8230's corporate cousin, the U8220, sold on T-Mobile UK as the Pulse -- and it comes as no surprise that there's very little different in the new model. Like the Pulse, the U8230 features a 3.2 megapixel cam paired with a secondary VGA piece up front, quadband EDGE / triband HSPA, and a 3.5-inch display. The screen's decent and the system seems snappy enough (for a virgin demo unit, anyway), but the navigation buttons below are all placed along a single piece of plastic with mechanical switches underneath
