Motorola Spice is the Brazilian Android portrait slider of your mid-range dreams

Samsung adds ISDB-Tb reception for Brazil’s Galaxy S
By and large, mobile TV services across the globe have rallied around DVB-H , T-DMB , and ATSC Mobile, but a couple strange (and very important) bedfellows ended up going a different direction: Japan and Brazil, both of whom use variants of ISDB-T . In Japan, the service is more commonly known as one-seg, and Brazil's localized version goes by the rather unwieldy ISDB-Tb

Motorola Zeppelin spotted again, Android-ness confirmed
Yes, we've seen this puppy before -- but last time, we'd merely heard it was running Android. This time around, we've got a little more confirmation that the so-called Zeppelin from Moto is sporting Google code (allegedly Cupcake , sadly) with a dash of Blur added in for good measure. Gizmodo Brazil -- which scored some time with a prototype -- suggests that this'll see duty on the lower end of Motorola's smartphone lineup, and we tend to agree considering the HVGA display that takes up far less space than it could if Moto had wanted to go for broke.

Samsung Apps coming to four more countries
The mobile component of Samsung's app download portal, Samsung Apps , is taking a bold leap this month into four more territories: Singapore, Germany, Brazil, and China. Users of the Omnia II and Omnia Lite in those parts can download the Apps installer from Sammy's site, setting up a one-stop shop on the phone for game downloads (well, not just games, but there are a lot of games in there) over 3G and WiFi connections -- heck, even 2G connections will apparently work, which probably explains why they're going to effectively be able to take it to China right now.

Dell Mini 3 headed to AT&T running Android
We've already seen it in China and Brazil, now Dell's first modern smartphone -- the Mini 3 -- is headed to the US in the loving arms of AT&T 3G. We expect the specs to remain pretty much the same: 3.5-inch 640x360 display, Bluetooth, 3 megapixel auto-focus camera with flash, microSD, and GPS, though we'll have to wait to get that confirmed.
