Nokia X7 preps for its unauthorized preview
After seeing the Symbian-based Nokia X7 leak into the wilds with its quartet of speakers a few weeks ago, you just knew that it was only a matter of time until Eldar Murtazin got his hands on the device for a preview. Last time he did this he burned the then unannounced Nokia N8 to the ground

BlackBerry 9800 slider for AT&T slips through FCC: ready for 11AM announcement
Can't say we didn't see this one coming but it looks like RIM's BlackBerry 9800 slider was just blessed by the FCC on AT&T frequencies. While the FCC documents refer to it as a "BlackBerry smartphone model RCY71UW," there's no mistaking the backside wireframe that forms a perfect match when superimposed onto our earlier exclusive pics. Besides, there's also liberal mention of several associated "MultiSourceDeclaration_9800_" documents throughout the FCC's test results.

Keepin’ it real fake: N8 available now, only not from Nokia
Well, it was bound to happen: a flagship device released as a KIRF ( for the second time ) well ahead of its official launch. Unfortunately, that's what happens when you delay a product that already leaked months in advance . The $99.20 "N8-00" might share its name and stylings with Nokia's imminent Symbian flagship but that's where the similarities end.

LG Ally gets its own website, details finally start to flow
LG's Ally recently got its stamp of approval from LG, but outside of a terse acknowledgment that the phone was real (and had a thing for iron-clad superheroes), little else was divulged. Today, we've stumbled upon the phone's dedicated product page over at the company's website, which not only plugs Iron Man 2 to the nth degree, but also informs us that it'll ship with a 3.2-inch touchscreen, Android 2.1, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a backside camera and a microSD card slot.
