Diamond Engagment Ring Alternatives? ?
My boyfriend and I tried to find the perfect engagement ring. I serached high and low and found some good settings, but are questions about alternatives to diamonds. I really really do not want a diamond “blood” ring “lol could afford a diamond the size you want (about 3 / 4-1 carats), but just do not want one .. iJ ‘I tried to look moissoanite and Diamond Nexus laboratories, etc., but there’s so much information, of course, wrong with them, I’m not sure what confiance.Toutes ideas on alternatives to diamond engagement rings to see the rain, but not delivered, with all the faults of a real diamond? My answer won’t help but why would You pick out your engagement? I thought the whole point of getting engaged was to get proposed to romantically and the guy gets down on his knee with a beautiful engagement ring. If you’re picking out yoru own ring what fun is that? did he just say will you marry me? now let’s go pick out your ring together. ha i’d rather be suprised.
get a ring with cubic zirconia. they look exactly like diamonds,u can get the same settings, when u find a setting u like ask if they can get the same one with cubic zirconia, u can even get a nice sizw stone and she’ll think u sepnt 10 grand on it. nice alternative, i have a sister who was given a cubic zirconia ring, u can’t tell the diff and everywhere she goes she gets WOWed. try it. good luck

What we did was get a diamond ring at a pawn shop. Had it checked out and everything.
I figured it was better than buying one new.

look into Estate Diamonds and Jewelery sales…. there, you can get a nice ring with a lovely stone, then remove the stone and have it set in whatever ring you fancy… none of that ‘blood diamond’ thing…. don’t make the mistake of putting your heart into a fake….. really!…. the preciousness of that first diamond is a match to the preciousness of your love…. and THAT”S not ‘fake’!!!!…..
if you still don’t feel right about diamonds, look into ruby or sapphire center stones and perhaps a diamond wedding band…. they’re lovely , too!… and a Burmese Ruby is precious!!!>…
