Is switching to T-Mobile a good idea?
A tech savvy people out there? I plan to buy the Nexus Google phone. It’s $ 529 (gay) for one and unlocked for $ 179 with a provider T-Mobile. I was doing an unlocked one until I saw that the plan T-Mobile is only $ 79. At 99 months, while I pay $ 115 with AT & T for the system équivalent.Mais is the move to T-Mobile a good idea? I have no experience with it, but AT & T has many dead spots in my area and I want to say much, if I had the intention to find a way out. All users of T-Mobile has received an opinion? If you do not know what the Nexus One is, you can see here: https: / / www. google. Phone / com / click? locale = en & S7E = I have a 3G iPhone (1st Gen) and Nexus meet my needs workaholic: D
T-Mobile has spotty coverage. I dropped them because of it. You need to ask around in your area and see whether people are satisfied with it.
Here is something to think about.. not alot of people know it, but AT&T and TMobile share the same towers… so if your AT&T coverage is spotty, your TMobile will probably be too… However, in the next year, tmobile will be going to 4G and will have alot better coverage…
You might go to TMobile and get a copy of their local coverage map and compare it to the one with AT&T for your area.
My BF works for TMobile and when I was on a plan with him, I loved it… (They are mad because they have to pay the full price for the phone)… but here is another thing… there are alot of bugs going on with the Nexus one, so you might look into that and wait around to switch until they get all the kinks worked out…
If the android operating system is what’s selling you, keep in mind the moto cliq(I think) and the G1 also have android… if its the apps, you might look at getting a blackberry, cause they offer alot of awesome apps, and tmobile has the cheapest blackberry rates in all the major cell companies..
Hope this helps!
Read the reviews on N1…and wait for the N2! Any Android phone would do you.
Sprint has the Hero and the Moment (I’ve heard rumors they’re getting the N1 in Feb too.) And their plan runs from 69.99 to 99.99. Unlike the other companies they don’t charge extra because it’s a certain phone, and their 3G and 4G coverage is the absolute best.
I use T-mobile prepaid and I am satisfied with the signal and service over all.
