PLEASE HELP: PS3 can see my media server (NAS) but not the files

Hi all,

I am hoping someone can assist me. I have several movies on my NAS storage device. I tried to connect my PS3 to this device today for the first time. From the PS3, when I search for a media server, it finds and reconises my NAS server. However, when I click on the the on the folders, it does not show anything. I am having the same issue with pictures; it will not see anything stored on the NAS.

I don’t know if I am supposed to do something else to make it work.

I will appreciate any help anyone can give.
