Is this bad for my PS3?

I was just wondering if transporting my ps3 in my backpack in cold temperatures, from -15 to -30 celcius could be harmful to my ps3? I never play it as soon as I get to wherever I was going ( whether it be my friends house or my moms house or whatever ) I usually let it ” defrost” before playing. Are there any dangers with having the ps3 in cold temperatures for a short period of time ..never more than 15 minutes, and I usually always have it wrapped around a sweater or something. If you guys need any clarifications let me know
