Data Transfer help

i got a new ps3 and wanted to transfer my data over from my old ps3. they are both update at 3.15 everything gose well untill it hits 60% and just sits there. the tiime remaining is 1hour 5min and has been there for at least 15 min dose anyone else ahving this isssue?  i is not my orginal HD it a 500g i installed a while back.
