Streaming Netflix Menu only Displays in a 4:3 format?

Is this the same with everyone else? I just got my disc and when it loads itshows the menu in a 4:3 aspect and not a widescreen format? I have to set my tv to strecth to get it to display normally?

I have my ps3 set to the highest res output and connected through hdmi.
