major issue…

i went to my ps3 and log in to psn and everything is fine. i went to the playstation store and download the mag beta, i click download and it said something like failed to dowload or something. so i exited the store and signed off psn then tried to sign back on and it said "cannot connect to psn with this account" and gave me an error code 8002a231. what is this?!     i came to the website and tried to sign in through playstation.com and it says my account has been suspended, i honestly DID NOT DO ANYTHING, ive been on psn for like 2 years now with no problems then this all of the sudden! it was just up until recently (earlier this week) that i put money on the store and started buying stuff. idk if this is a coincidence or what. What should i do?
