Does Metal Gear Solid Freeze on a Plasma Tv?

Okay, i have a plasma tv it say in the handbook any pictures or item on the tv that are left on the tv will become a permanent screen for the tv. I have a question though, due to the HUd on MGS4 will that cause the image of the HUD to stay on my TV?
