SKU Differences?

I want to purchase the Tomb Raider: Underworld (PlayStation 3) game but I see its listed twice, the price is the same for both but the SKU’s are different and one shows sold out while the other is In Stock…. Since we are in Canada I imagine one of them could be a French Only Version or something? I just need one thats all English so please someone be kind enough to point me to the right one…..
