There’s got to be a reason

For the people that keep experiencing problems with their PS3, I’m convinced that ‘most’ people that experience not once but twice or more times problems with their PS3 is the way they treat the machine or some kind of environmental issue within their home.

If you don’t want your PS3 to die on you make sure you give your PS3 room get some air!

I’d say that if you play 5 hours non-stop give not only yourself but your PS3 a break to cool down, i’m pretty sure your PS3 can take it but by giving it a few minutes to cool down you’ll save youself hours or days of not having to send your PS3 for repairs or worse.

CLEAN IT! Don’t let it collect dust over months! and keep it away from the sun, if it’s next to your window you might be risking your PS3 to die on you next time you try to turn it on!

And know how to take care of it, clean your disks before you insert them into the PS3, know how to turn it on/off the right way, how to eject your disks the right way…

Yeah there’s a few that follow these steps and take care of it and still die but for the majority i’m convinced is the way they treat their system.
