Sony has just bad customer service.
Here is a little background on my situation and I'll explain what Sony not do. OCt. 2008 I was in the barracks room playing NCAA 09 when all of a sudden I get the flashing yellow light. Being that it was just old at the time and I had that PS3 since the 1st GENS came out, I knew that I could do better by buying an 80GB and trading in the broken one to getter a lower price. Good **bleep** everything turns out perfectly and I'm a happy go camper

Taking a game out of a yellow lighted PS3
Yeah how do I manually take a game disc out of the PS3 when I have the yellow light?

I accidently left my PS3 slim on for like 24 hours is this bad?
Will that do damage to the system? I usually don't have it on for that long but I guess i just forgot to turn it off.

BadCompany2 Beta?
Hey i just got an psn message from a user named S_O_N_Y--CEO it said...... You have been selected to join Battlefield Bad company 2 beta on 10/31/09. The purpose of the beta is to the the multiplayer features online searching for bugs/glitches within the game as well as enjoying the beta

PS3 User account problems.
So for some reason, after finishing using the PS3's internet to get on Facebook, my PS3 froze, so I had to shut it off using the switch, since the power button wouldn't shut it off. I flipped the switch back, turned the PS3 back on, and what do you know, the User Account select pops up, but there's one problem, The background and stuff will work, but the profiles won't pop up, so, I can't really do anything.
