I just purchased to rent "The Others" from the playstation network through my PS3. The download is almost done, but I keep on getting this error when I try and play it "the copyright protection information is invalid".

Buying a new PS3 or a PSP, get it from Costco
Costco has perhaps the best return policy in the business. Free lifetime warranty anyone? You use a Costco card it should have your receipt on it, or you can do what I do which is to keep the box and put the receipt in it.
