Sony has just bad customer service.

Here is a little background on my situation and I’ll explain what Sony not do.

OCt. 2008 I was in the barracks room playing NCAA 09 when all of a sudden I get the flashing yellow light.  Being that it was just old at the time and I had that PS3 since the 1st GENS came out, I knew that I could do better by buying an 80GB and trading in the broken one to getter a lower price.  Good **bleep** everything turns out perfectly and I’m a happy go camper.

March 2009.  I get deployed to Iraq and since never touched my PS3 until three days ago, when I decided to hit up the playstation store to buy some episodes of the Real Word Cancun. 

Well I buy just more than a few episodes and actually bought a movie.  Well I try to download the movies, and it says that my video account is active on another PS3.  Well I call up Sony and tell them that my old PS3 was refurbished a long time ago and that this is my new PS3.  WALLAA they sure enough did thier magic and I was able to download my videos that I had bought and enjoy them.

 Then comes the morning after.  I’m in the barracks, just turning on my PS3 and it gets fried from the inside, again I have no warranty on it so paying 150.00 to get it refurbished was just nonsense.  I traded the damn thing too and bought a new 120GB (with a warranty this time.)  Remember what happened to my PSN video account last time.  I ask the guy at Gamestop to call up sony and tell Sony that I just traded in my broken PS3 and got a new one and that if they could so kindly do the samething they did last night. 

Well they said no, the video company just can’t belive I have that much bad luck.  Well I tried explaining the situation even with the manager at Gamestop confirming that my PS3 is broken and still no is the answer.

Now I’m confused on what can I do, to get my money on my account back or if I can change it over to my new PSN?  I don’t believe there is without a doubt that Sony could do something to ressurect this.  I have money In my account that is unused and there is absoulety no way to get that back?  I don’t think this is fair.

Anyone have any suggestion.
