PSN Account Hacked, please help!

My psn has been hacked. Nothing more than someone adding me on facebook, seeing my email and birthday and then there in. The person has changed the email as ive received an email from Sony. I told them about it and they said they cant do nothing! I’ve seen on the internet that u can click ‘show content’ on the email Sony send you and it tells you the email its been changed to. I am using hotmail email and i really hope someone can fix this and help me out. Also if theres any other alternatives i could tyr to help get it back then i would like to know them please.
