Playstation Store Trouble

So recently my ps3 got the YLOD, so I sent it to Sony and I got it back fixed. But I just realized something. Everything that I had downloaded from the Playstation Store were deleted along with the rest of my data. It seems that it doesn’t let me re-download anything from the Store, everything that I paid for and downloaded. Should I call Sony about this or is there a way to solve this on my own?
